Grauel Flexo TechnologyBesides dry offset, Grauel develops and manufactures also tailor made flexo print heads. With flexo technology the cliché has direct contact with the substrate and the ink layer is thicker.
Flexo technology is often applied for coating and printing on foils (reel to reel), but it is used for printing and coating on single products. The print head configuration, flying axes versus double sided bearings, is mainly influenced by the printing width. The ink flow is controlled over anilox rollers. Optionally we can offer you a chamber doctor blade system. |

Print- & AssemblyDeveloping and manufacturing print heads and printing machines is not the only job of Grauel. Due to the increasing economic pressure, more and more production processes are integrated into production lines.
