Grauel Pad Printing on Tubes
Recently Grauel designed and manufactured a 4 colour Pad Printing Machine for tubes. Special request for this piece of automation was the possibility to print 360° round, on the sides and on the top.
The machine can handle a variety of tube lengths and diameters. All pad and product transportation is realized by servo drives. Since the servo settings differ per product type, the machine operator can choose the desired settings through an integrated recipe database.

Protective Cliché Tape 
Nylo print clichés are manufactured from soft material and can be damaged during an artwork change over or machine set up.
To minimize the risk of cliché damage, Grauel now offers a special protective tape that can be uased on clichés during storage, change over, or machine maintenance. Big-Cup Printer
Grauel realized a Big Cup printer for cups up to 160 mm in diameter. The print head can be mounted on the flexible Grauel Linear conveying system (LCS-chain).
Although the weight of the print head is approx. 300 kilo' s the printing pressure between blanket and cup can be easily adjusted, even by hand!. A special designed spring loaded height adjustment takes care of this.
The print head has exchangeable ink chairs, all ductor rollers are driven by separate motors. All gearings are integrated between the back- and front plates.
