What to expect in 2009, with  the financial crises going on? Nobody exactly knows, It will be a tough year probably. Together we will overcome.

Fresh printing rollers
Pigments and binding additives in printing inks are absorbed by the fresh rubber of tipping and in-inking rollers, leaving behind a rest film of ink pigments on the rubber surface that influences the color intensity.
We therefore strongly recommend conditioning the rollers by running the transparent white for at least 1 - 2 hours. You can condition the rollers more quickly by adding 5% reducer U0010 to the transparent white. We further recommend to leave a thicker layer of transparent white on the rollers overnight. Please clean carefully next morning. By doing so you will have the desired consistency in printing from the beginning. Please do not forget to check the roller pressure within 1 week. Updated Safety Data Sheets on Grauel Website
 Recently, the material safety data sheets of Grauel inks, cleaning agents and printing additives have been updated, most of them already according to regulation
1907/2006/EC (Annexe II).

New Ecological Cleaners!
This year, Grauel introduces two new ecological cleaning products with a Green label:
1. Grauel " Coco Green", is a heavy duty hand cleaner for the removal of extremely heavy ink pollution. The fact that Coco Green both cleans your hands powerful und  has re-fattening qualities makes the product unique. Coco Green is based on natural solvent, but also contains a detergent based on coconut oil, which results in extra cleaning power. Grauel Coco Green is very economical in use, because of its extreme cleaning power.
2. Grauel "Orange Green"  is an ultra user friendly cleaning agent for parts of Grauel print heads, rubber rollers and printing blankets. The product contains detergent based on Orange extracts. In contrast with other cleaning agents, Orange Green does not effect the nylon print cliché material in any way.
Further it is safe in use, because of its low aromatic level and its high flash point. Other high performance Grauel Cleaners are the well-known "TR87", "R81" and "Ultraclean G".
